mam you were my hero. my life. you were always there for me. you had lots of friends who will sadly miss you. you had a smile for everyone even yourself. you worked a lot of long hard years. you helped in every which way you could. i didnt know half of the people you knew and i'm 42 years old. you always made me laugh when you swore at dad for drinking youre bottles you had hidden. you had a great husband and now i hope you are both together again, i watched and cared for you through the 9 months you had after you was told you had lung cancer. you said you wasnt bothered but we never saw what you was like on your own. you told us not to cry because it should have been you that cryed and not us. you were very strong. in the past couple of months i saw the change in you and i knew how bad you was going to get. i wish we had you longer but that would have meant you would have suffered longer. i didnt want you to suffer i knew what pain you was going through and there was nothing i could do but be there for you and i was. i cryed loads of times for you. the night you went away you told me these 3 words (i'm off now) i will never forget that night i screamed mam no i love you mam mam no i love i love you mam then a few breaths you had gone. every time i close my eyes i see you. you are now in a better place and i will always always love you and i will never ever forget you xxxx youre ever loving daughter samantha xxxxxx good night and god bless xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
